What is MyMcKinley?
The student portal for our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system is called MyMcKinley and can be accessed at: https://mymckinley.illinois.edu. Using MyMcKinley you can:
- Schedule appointments in medical clinics
- Cancel appointments in any clinic
- Complete your Medical History
- Opt-In for Text Messaging
- Upload your immunization records for State Compliance
- View secure messages
- View educational handouts
Who has access to my electronic health record?
The Health Center is committed to providing safeguards for protecting patient privacy and the security of confidential healthcare information. Respect for patient’s privacy is extremely important to us. Network security protects electronic health record data from unauthorized access. This network security preserves the integrity of the EHR data and protects patient privacy. Further, MyMcKinley uses the latest 256-bit SSL encryption technology to automatically encrypt your session with MyMcKinley. Unlike conventional e-mail, all MyMcKinley messaging is done while you are securely logged on to our website. Procedures are in place to ensure that only authorized users can access and retrieve patient information. All access to patient records is recorded and logged.
What is my username and password?
MyMcKinley uses your NetID and password. For new students, you must first Claim Your NetID. Once your NetID is claimed, please allow 24 hours for MyMcKinley to provision your account. Portions of MyMcKinley are also accessible for former students who graduated in May 2012 or later.
Can I access MyMcKinley mobile phone or tablet?
