Tuberculosis Screening (TB)/ Submitting QuantiFERON Gold Test Results [required for International Students ONLY]TB screening is required for international students (including IEI). If you have had a QuantiFERON Gold (Q-Gold) test within 6 months of your enrollment date (for testing outside the U.S.) or within one year of your enrollment date (for testing within the U.S.), follow “Submitting Q-Gold results” instructions below:TB Screening Deadlines:Submit your online TB Screening form by the deadline (Fall – July 1, Spring – December 1, Summer – April 1) TB Screening form completion:To submit, go to MyMcKinley.illinois.edu and log in with your net id and password - Click on the Forms Icon - Complete TB Screening form and submit by the deadline - Once documents are reviewed by a nurse, you will receive a secure message on your MyMcKinley portal regarding TB testing requirements. If your secure message says no Q-Gold testing is required, no further action is necessary regarding tuberculosis screening.If your secure message says Q-Gold testing is required, obtain Q-Gold testing prior to arrival on campus. If you are under the age of 18 at the start of your first semester:Your parent or legal guardian must complete the Authorization and Consent for Treatment of Minors form for you to receive treatment.Upload to MyMcKinley or fax your completed form to McKinley Health Center at (217) 244-6495. 5. Optional Disclosure of Private Mental Health Information (not required)In compliance with the Student Optional Disclosure of Private Mental Health Act, the university has established procedures for students to have the opportunity to authorize, in writing, the disclosure of certain private mental health information to a designated person.
