McKinley Health Center places the health and wellbeing of our students, staff and community as our highest priority. To ensure continuity of care and the continued health of all those we serve, please review the following:

  • We are currently scheduling appointments for in-person and telehealth visits. These must be made by calling us at 217-333-2700. In-person appointments will be limited to essential services only.
  • We continue to provide primary care, mental health, radiology, laboratory and pharmacy services.
  • In the unlikely event that we are mandated to close, you will be notified, if you have a scheduled appointment. Whenever possible you will be offered services via telehealth.
  • There will be no charge for telehealth services, this is covered by your Health Service Fee (HSF).
  • We continue to follow best practice guidelines outlined by the CDC and Illinois Department of Public Health, including precautions related to cleaning, social distancing and hand hygiene.
  • If you have a cough, sore throat, non-allergy related sneezing, runny nose, fatigue, body aches, or any symptoms that are abnormal to you, refrain from coming to your appointment and instead contact us by phone at 217-333-2700.

While this has been a difficult time for everyone as our campus and community adjusts to the changes, we want you to know that you are not alone, and we are still here to care for and support you! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Kind Regards,

McKinley Health Center
